P.A.C.E. (Positive, Active, Clear, Energetic): P.A.C.E. is a foundational concept in Brain Gym that emphasizes a positive and energized state of readiness for learning. It encourages individuals to adopt a positive attitude, engage in active movement, maintain mental clarity, and generate energy for optimal learning.  

26 Brain Gym Movements: Brain Gym consists of a set of 26 movements or exercises, each targeting different aspects of brain-body integration. These movements are designed to stimulate specific brain functions, enhance coordination, and address various learning challenges.  

Cross-Lateral Movements: Many Brain Gym activities involve cross-lateral movements, which require coordinated actions of both sides of the body. These movements are believed to facilitate communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, enhancing cognitive integration.  

Focus on Sensory Integration: Brain Gym recognizes the importance of sensory integration in learning. The activities aim to engage multiple senses, including vision, hearing, and touch, to enhance the brain’s ability to process information.
